| We partner with local pastors such who have agreed in advance to take full responsibility for all follow-up and discipleship of new believers which come as a result of your week of TEAM MINISTRY. Our staff will and site coordinator will arrange for a ministry site location for your team to conduct ministry each day for our week of TEAM MINISTRY. We absolutely have no intention of swooping in for a week of ministry and leaving those who have given their lives to Jesus on their own to "figure it out". The follow-up and discipleship is a key element to our ministry. We will not partner with pastors who do not make the commitment to follow through. Once your arrive on the field, for your week of TEAM MINISTRY, our Evident Ministries Host Team will also provide the following: One of our goals at Evident Ministries is to take the burden off the backs of team leaders of as much planning and prep as possible. Team leaders will simply need to schedule training meetings using our resources and plan the logistics of the travel. The training will include some customization on the part of each team to "make it their own" but most of the work has been done by our staff. A week of Team Ministry with Evident Ministries is no "summer camp" experience. It is a busy week with a challenging sunrise to sunset schedule. Our daily chapel worship and messages, the evening Prayer & Share times, and the group activities are all designed with the agenda of helping all participants process what God is speaking to them during the week of cross-cultural evangelism. The primary goal is to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. However, we can do that and make an eternal impact in the communities where we minister in such a way as to ensure that each participant also goes home changed to the point of making an impact at home as well. |
Attention Pastors: Team Ministry with Evident Ministries is an excellent tool for ministry training and discipleship. We provide the tools to equip individuals for sharing their faith and then give them a real life application experience to polish their craft. Anyone who has led another to Christ knows the experience in itself is life-changing. |
